He is survived by: his wife Oree Woods; his children, Alex, Marquita Woods and Walter Louis Woods, III; his daughter-in-law Melissa Woods; his mother Lula Cook Woods; his grandchildren, Kiara Woods, Milana Woods, Mayseo, Kathrine Woods, Annalise Woods, Ahnia Hudson, Jamarco, Angel Woods, Montrayez, Nala Woods and William Woods; and his siblings, Michael (Rosie Woods), Belinda Woods, Glen (Teresa Woods), Robert (Julia Woods), Kelvin Woods and Paula (Kenneth Thomas). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052).
