He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bissell and Elizabeth Bissell (Pickett); and his brother Charles Bissell. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bissell of Loganville; his children, Michelle Roberts of Monroe, Tony (Nancy Smith), Robyn (Eric McKinney) and Chris (Ginger Bissell); his sister Diane Bush of Griffin; his grandchildren, Rylee Lockhart, Caleb, Chase Roberts, Zoey, Abby Smith, Alayna, Ryder McKinney, Lindsay and Chase Bissell; and his great grandchild Layla Lockhart.
