He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bailey of Loganville, GA; his daughter Pam; his son-in-law Eddy Pate of Sulphur Springs, TX; his son David; his daughter-in-law Christina Bailey of Jackson, GA; his siblings, Frederick, Pat Smith and Vicki Alliff of Beckley, WV; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Ashley Bailey, Justin Charles, Ashley C. Bailey, Jacob Matthew, Maggie Bailey, Kenneth James, Kelley Bailey, Brittany Michelle Bailey, Erin Nicole Bailey, Jessica Taylor, Zach Irvin, Paige Elizabeth, Colton Smith, Rachel Suzanne and Dylan Capannelli. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; numerous family and friends.
