He is survived by: his wife Holly Moon Hageman; his children, Michael Douglas Hageman (Jessica Tereese), Ryan James Hageman, Christina Claire Hageman, Heath Shannon Moon and Jared Patrick Moon; his grandchildren, Ellie Tereese Hageman and Alice Wren Hageman; his parents, Mary Margaret Jones and Michael Edward; his stepmother Paula Lynn Hageman; his sisters, Courtney Michele Hageman and Sheila Marie Piper; his half-brother Frank Thomas Jones; and his stepgrandfather John Brown.
