He is survived by: his wife Denise Dearth of Loganville, GA; his children, Melissa, Clayton Moss of Camilla, GA, Jennifer Dearth and Nathan Dearth of Loganville, GA; his siblings, Richard Dearth of Buffalo, NY, Coleman Dearth, Ronald Mullen, George Mullen of Augusta, GA, Linda Morris of Acworth, GA and Ann Mullen of Acworth, GA; and his grandson Maddux Moss.
