He was predeceased by: his brother Gary; and his parents, Edwin and Pat. He is survived by: his close friend Connie Haney; his former wife Fay Howard; his sons, Ricky Edwin and Kenny Alvin [Trisha]; his grandchildren, Mark, Kyle, Alex and Tiffany; and his sisters, Lynn Holland [David], Kathy Elliot [Drew] and Kelly Howard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, & cousins.
