He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Maynard and Shirley Maynard. He is survived by: his children, Lacey Mask (Taylor) of Social Circle and Alora Plymel (Wesley) of Statesboro; his stepmother Debbie Maynard; and his siblings, Tiesa Lipscomb, Ronald Maynard, Lisa Gouge, Brad Maynard, Lance Maynard, Ty Maynard and Cody Maynard. He is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and many close friends.
