She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mitchell and Helen Mitchell (Shumate). She is survived by: her husband Gary K. Moon of Loganville, GA; her brother Lamar; her sister-in-law Jan Mitchell of Monroe, GA; and her sister Sandy Stofa of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; numerous family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052).
