He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Walter and Josephine Survilla (Barone). He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Survilla; his sons, Logan Survilla of Loganville and Lucas Survilla of Loganville; and his sister Christine Valentino of Loganville.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052).
