She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Swords; her parents, Roy Walters and Mary Walters (Bartlett); her brother Roy Jones Walters; her sister-in-law Janice Escoe; and her grandson Josh Beard.
She is survived by: her sons, David Swords of Loganville, GA and Charles Swords of Loganville, GA; her grandchildren, Chelsea, Brandon Barnard, Tyler Swords, Kayla Swords, Melissa Swords, Abby Swords, Beth Ammerman and Taylor Beard; and her siblings-in-law, Norma Jean Walters of Loganville, GA and Robert Escoe of Loganville, GA. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
