He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Nellie Cynthia Hokke, Sr. (Meyer). He is survived by: his wife Diane Hokke of Loganville, GA; his son John; his daughter-in-law Lex Hokke, III of Stone Mountain, GA; his daughter Michelle Hokke of Loganville, GA; his granddaughter Rallie Hokke; and his siblings, Carole, Jim Jouwstra of Manifee, CA, Janice, Bill Struwe of Clifton, NJ, Susan and Doug Vermeulen of Daphne, AL.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052).
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in John's memory to any Leukemia, Lymphoma or Cancer Research organization.
