He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Franklin and Ruby Mae Hall Hulsey; and his wife Eileen Chestnut Hulsey. He is survived by: his children, Tiffani Hulsey Zernhelt of Loganville and Benjamin Hulsey; his daughter-in-law Sabrina of Gainesville; his son Seth Hulsey of Ogden, UT; his grandchildren, Aaralyn Cagle, Peyton Zernhelt, Lindsey Zernhelt, Ava Hulsey and Axel Hulsey; his brother Doug; his sister-in-law Elaine Hulsey of Gainesville; his sisters, Donna (Alvin Cash) of Gainesville, Debbie Stafford of Gainesville and Denise (Horace Fortner); and his pet Bella. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
