He is survived by: his daughter Chasity Hawkins of Loganville, GA; his siblings, Wesley (Tina Spier), Jerry (Faye Spier) and Sara Hartman of Smyrna, GA; and his grandchildren, Kourtny Hinkle and Kole Hawkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; numerous family and friends.
