He is survived by: his father James Phillips (Phyllis Phillips) of Taylors; his wife Carmen Phillips; his son Chad; his daughter-in-law Linda Phillips of Loganville, Georgia; his daughter Bethany; his son-in-law Luke Mitchell of Lyman; his sister Missy; his brother-in-law Scott Morphis of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Elisabeth Phillips, Judson Phillips, Emily Phillips, Evelyn Phillips and Archie Mitchell.
