He was predeceased by: his parents, J. G. Garner and Fay Garner; and his siblings, John Garner (Leona), Raymond Garner (Grace), Bonnell Cramer (Richard), Edwin Garner, Ruth Garner and Lovic Garner.
He is survived by: his wife Lettie Lee Garner; his children, Joyce Franks and Larry Garner (Jan); his siblings, Gladys Waldrip (Don), Lecy Brunson (Morris), Carl Garner (Wanda), Dan Garner (Cindy) and Lois Garner; his grandchildren, Nicole Floyd (Dustin) and Adam Garner (Taylor); and also, Hailey Floyd, Linley Floyd, Oakleigh Garner and Kinsleigh Garner.
