She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Jack Waits; and her parents, Tyler Edward and Frances Jones (Jansen). She is survived by: her children, Jeff Waits (Michele), Mary Pape (Alan) and Greg Waits (Jerrie); her grandchildren, Joshua Pape (Whitney), Eric Pape, Nathaniel Waits, Kayla Chmiola (James), Ethan Waits (Madison), Ryan Pape and Morgan Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, James Chmiola III and Rylee Pape.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Whitley-Garner Funeral Home (8640 Rose Ave, Douglasville, GA 30134). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
