She was predeceased by: her parents, James Whatley and Florene Whatley (Pickens); and her brother Billy Whatley. She is survived by: her husband Tony Moore of Loganville; her children, Tonya Jean (Todd Hanks), Eric (Sandy Moore) and Jason (Lisa Moore); her grandchildren, Jessica, Jamie Bryant, Emily Watts, Wesley Moore, Sam Moore and Jake Moore; her great grandchildren, Jackson Bryant, Leland Bryant and Olivia Jean Bryant; and her sisters, Bonnie Rice, Beverly Johnson and Barbara Chupp. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
