He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Hicks. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam (Dale Gresham) and Kay (Scott Daniell); his grandchildren, Marie, Justin Chewning, Tyler and Lindsey Daniell; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Blakely, Cooper, Daniell and Jasper Chewning. He is also survived by siblings, nieces and nephews as well as a host friends.
