It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Barnett (Loganville, Georgia), born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Kinney and Mary Kate Kinney; her siblings, Fred Kinney Jr. and Virma Kinney; and her brother-in-law Steven Barnett.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Phalan; her brother Ira Kinney; her children, Meghan Jones (Trey), Montana Phalan and Morgan Krause (Erik); and her grandsons, Liam, Jasper, Steven and Ethan.
