He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Boot; his children, Megan Boot of Tennessee and Joe Cooper of Loganville; his sister Kor Lopperson of Holland; his grandchildren, Leeya, Lucas Boot and Zach Hoffman; and his niece Cora. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
