It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rusty Phillips (Locust Grove, Georgia), who passed away on August 12, 2018, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his husband Rhonda D. Phillips; his sons, Joshua Phillips and Matthew Phillips; his grandson Caleb Phillips; and his sister Cindy Gante. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, loving family and friends.
