He is survived by: his wife Gail Richter; his children, Ira Richter (Ashley), Kristie Lucius (Stephen) and Sam Richter (Jessica); his grandchildren, Cade Richter (Emily), Laina Richter, Allie Richter, Ashtyn Richter, Rose Maria Lucius, Stephen Lucius Jr., Allison Lucius, Lincoln Richter and Ellowyn Richter; his great grandchildren, Tatum and Levi; his siblings, Richard Richter (Connie) and Dolores Conger (Perry); and his siblings-in-law, Kate Hand (Jerry), Sue Smith (Ron) and Lee Marchant (Gail). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
