He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Taylor-Elkins; his sons, Kert Elkins, Jr. (Laura) and Jeffrey Roberts (Nikki); his grandchildren, Chandler Elkins and Greyson Roberts; his sister Susan Blankenship (Jimmy); his brothers-in-law, William Taylor and James Pete Taylor (Debra Pye); his nephews, Jacob, Jamie, Chris and James; and his niece Lacey.
