It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Russell (Locust Grove, Georgia), born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 10, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Steve Russell; her daughter Alison Payne (Chip); her grandson Garrett Payne (Rachel); and her siblings, Beverly Zakos and William Scott.
