She is survived by: her mother Yen Phillips of Canon, GA; her daughter Crystal; her son-in-law Jeremy Bales; her grandson Link Bales of Locust Grove; her daughter Abbey Cawthorn of Locust Grove; and her siblings, Hoa Barrett (Joseph) of Oakwood, GA, Johnny Phillips of Athens and Benny Phillips of Canon, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
