He is survived by: his spouse Carrie Nell Warren; his children, Dixie Warren, Jr. (Elaine) of Fayetteville and Mary Beth Harker (Dirk) of Grantville; his grandchildren, Jessica Dickinson (Alex) of Germany, Kevin Lewallen (Hayley) of Grove City, OH, Bryce Warren of McDonough, Kennedy Warren of Fayetteville, Josh Franks (Sharon) of Griffin and Danielle Franks of Grantville; his great grandchildren, Brady, Logan, Brooke, Beau and Emersyn; and his siblings, Jack Warren (Billie) of Chesapeake Bay, WV, Hilda Hughes of Merryhill, NC and Patsy Bryant of Windsor, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
