He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kirby and Viola Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Janice U. Kirby; his children, Laura Kirby of Locust Grove, GA, Ryan, Shannon Suttles of Burlington, NC and Chris Suttles of Concord, NC; his grandchildren, Kyler and Elias Suttles; and his siblings, Kenneth Kirby Jr. of Ohio and Marilyn Kirby of York, SC..
