He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Mary Ann Moss (Jeff) of Locust Grove; his stepchildren, Julie Fowler (Greg) of Griffin and Michael Elkins (Nicole) of Williamson; his grandchildren, Seth Fowler (Morgan), Abbie Smith (Hunter), Macie Elkins and Amelia Elkins; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Sam Fowler.
