He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Marshall and Anne Jones Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Marshall; his sister Sara Frances Spearman; his sisters-in-law, Carol Edwards and Jane Ragsdale; his niece Tiffany Gieler (William); his nephew Todd Spearman; his great-nephews, Trent and Carson Gieler; his friend Georgia; his close friends, Mike and Dianne Glenn; and his pets, Brodie and Obie.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lizella Baptist Church (2950 S Lizella Rd, Lizella, GA 31052). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family graciously asks that you if you wish, to donate in Stephen's honor to one of the following; Lizella Baptist Church, Brightmoor Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
