She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Frank Toole and Ethel Virginia Williamson Toole; and her husband Harry David Crook. She is survived by: her son Clay Burnette (Taylor); her grandchildren, Gabe Burnette (DeAnna), Erica Carroll (Craig) and Sabastion Burnette; her great grandchildren, Oliver and Emerson; and her brother Phillip Wayne Toole.
