He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Roosevelt Harmon, Sr. and Rosetta Andrews Harmon. He is survived by: his wife Pearline Palmer Harmon; his daughters, Jewelle (Kendell Rice) and Joycelyn; his grandson Julian Rice; his sister Dr. Paula Boone (Melvin, Sr.); his nieces, Debra Johnson and JD; his nephew Richard Johnson (Morgan); his great-nieces, Veronica Avent, Amanda Johnson and Sophia Johnson; and also, Alivia Johnson and Trevor Avent.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gregory B. Levett and Sons - Gwinnett Chapel (914 Scenic Hwy N, Lawrenceville, GA 30045). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Antioch Lithonia Baptist Church (2152 Rock Chapel Rd, Lithonia, GA 30058). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
