We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2022, at the age of 78, Ralph Eugene (Lithonia, Georgia), born in Rome, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Eugene Hall and Mary Ann Kerns Hall. He is survived by: his wife Paulinda King Hall; his daughter Rachel Leigh Medcalf (Kevin); his grandchildren, William Medcalf, Olivia Perez (Matteo) and Benjamin Medcalf; and his sister Susan Hall Burgess (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and very good friends.
