He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Parks; his children, Tilwanna C. Carter (Anthony), Michael S. Parks (Alexcia) and Adaline Parks; his grandchildren, Teylor, Dallas, Paris Carter and Naomi Allen; and his sisters, Alonia Parks, Renee Cameron, Paris (Thomas) and Monica Parks. He was also cherished by other loving relatives, extended family, and close friends.
