He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold Gregory, Sr. and Willie Bell Cantrell Gregory; his siblings, Joe Melvin Gregory and Mary Emma Scoggins; and his nephews, Joseph Johnson and Ashley Gregory.
He is survived by: his great-nephew Ryan Fox; and his children, Martha Anne, Alan Simpson of Mansfield, Maryjane, Tony Phillips of Clayton, Candie and Eddie Fox of Winder.
