He was predeceased by: his father Irvin Rodney Goins. He is survived by: his husband David Rogers (Dave); his mother Donita Goins; his siblings, Sherrie Gardner and Kevin Goins (Kellie); and his nieces and nephews, Shawn Gardner (Marissa), Clay Gardner, Hunter Goins, Andrew Goins, Connor Goins and Evie Smith (Jerry).
Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic a celebration of his life will be planned at a later date.
