He is survived by: his wife Angie Huber; his daughter Traci Whitfield (Jason); his grandchildren, Devin, Madyson and Jackson Frank Whitfield; his daughter Angela Forrest (Brad); his grandchildren, Jacob, Chase Huber and Makenley; his great grandchild Justin Huber; his brother Dr. David Huber; and his niece Sally Huber. He is also survived by cousins and many close and lifelong friends.
