She was predeceased by: her parents, Baynard Franklin Kelley and Lila Susan Phillips Kelley. She is survived by: her brother Phillip Allen Kelley; her husband Charles; her sons, Charles E. 'Chuck Strickland and Ill; her grandchildren, Charles Chase Strickland and Charisma Kelley Strickland; her son David F. Strickland; her grandchildren, Ashley Danielle Strickland, Allison Tiffany Strickland and Kimberly Michelle Strickland; her sisters, Patricia Kelley Richardson (Pat) and Jarrell Richardson of Clearwater Florida; and her nieces, Jennifer Bryant and Susan Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Flowers will be accepted or in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Union United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
