He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel David and Juliet Saraswathi; and his brother Jayakar David. He is survived by: his wife Christina Selwin Bhasker; his daughters, Shalom Bhasker (Quin), Dariuse Johnson of Birmingham, AL. and Sharon Bhasker (Trenton Kuntz) of Lithonia; his brothers, Kirbakar David of Bangalore, India and Thilakar David of Bangalore, India; and his grandson Joel Johnson. He is also survived by his daughters and wife; supported his wife.
