He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mobley Rutledge; his children, Steve Rutledge (Tracy), Bryan Rutledge (Carin) and Andrea Messer; and his siblings, Inez Smith, Louise Swann, Theresa Williamson, L. C. Rutledge and Wayne Rutledge. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren.
