He is survived by: his children, Sean Rutherford of Lula, Tonja Rutherford Ray (Russell Ray), Lorelei Rutherford (Tommy) of Carrollton, GA, Terry Rutherford Padgett (Scott Padgett) and Christy Rutherford Nelson (Chris Nelson); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Ray, Ansleigh Rutherford, Joshua Rutherford, Haley McDaniel, Kyla Gibbs, Konnor Ray, Kelsie Rutherford, Sydney Buckner, Ian Ray, Taylor Rutherford, Kealy Rutherford, Jessica Rutherford and Marley Nelson; and his siblings, Debbie Gregory, Steve Rutherford and Jimmy Rutherford. He is also survived by friends.
