He is survived by: his sons, Justin Spencer (Jessica) of Hiram and Stephen Spencer, Jr. (Reaba) of Douglasville, Georgia; his siblings, Barbara Ann Hutchins of Las Vegas, Janice Payne (Bill) of Cartersville, Georgia, Ken Spencer (Chrystal) of Kentucky and Bryan Spencer (Roxanne) of Cumming, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Autumn, Austin, Nolyn, Talyn, Gavyn and Paityn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
