He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Molly; and his brother-in-law Calvin McCleary. He is survived by: his wife Sonya; his daughter Crystal Mack (A. J.); his siblings, Tommy Johnson (Annie), William Johnson (Wendy) and Dellene McCleary; and his grandchildren, Tsuki Mack and Yoite Mack.
