She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Adams and Minnie Swofford Adams; her husband Buddy Dale; her brothers, Paul Adams and Raymond Adams; and her daughter-in-law Coley Hendrix.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Hendrix, Jeff Hendrix (Susan), Carlos Burrell and DeAnne Haynes (Randy); her grandchildren, J. W. Hendrix, Alex Hendrix, Nick Haynes, Hope Hendrix and Logan Haynes; her great grandchildren, Lauryn Hendrix, Paisley Hendrix, Amelia Hendrix, Waverly Hendrix and Mila Hendrix; her siblings, Susan Steed (Don), Will Adams (Linda), Joe Adams (Geraldine) and Steve Adams (Wanda); her sisters-in-law, Earnestine Adams and Beverly Adams; and her pet Ginger. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
