He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis Hodges, Sr. and Myrtle Hodges (Murphy); and his sister Beverly Todd. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Hodges (Peel); his children, Scott Hodges (Joan), Alayne McCune and Julie Cooper (Terry); his brother Ron Pittman (Portia); his grandchildren, Samantha, Kimberly, Jonathan, Pamela, Shane, John, Alex and Sydney; and his brother-in-law Jerry Peel (Gail). He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
