She is survived by: her daughter Donna Stephens; her grandchildren, Brooke Stephens, James Stephens, Nicholas Stephens and Nathaniel Stephens; her great grandchildren, Levi Wheeler, Lilyana Kamna, Patty McCarty and Katie Stephens; and her brother Roy Lee Crumley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other friends.
