He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Dillard and Marie Chambers Dillard. He is survived by: his wife Betty Dillard; his children, Jeff Dillard (Missy), Karen Moore (Ray), Kristin Craig (Joey) and Barbie Castile (Michael); his grandchildren, Colt, McQuade (Michaela), Blake (Claudia), Dani (Joseph), Brady, Nick, Gracie and Abigail; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Zoe, Jonah, Benjamin, Blakely, Lucas, Penelope, Eli, Adon and Josie Rae.
A burial was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Mozley Memorial Gardens (3180 S Sweetwater Rd, Lithia Springs, GA 30122).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in Gary's honor to St. Jude's Research Hospital or to the Wounded Warriors Project.
