He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Willis Leasher of Denton and Clara Viola Miller Leasher of New Vienna, Ohio.; his brothers, Harold Wayne Leasher of Midland, Terry Leonard Leasher of Blanchester and Richard Lee Leasher of Wilmington, Ohio; and his half-sisters, Linda Inlow of Midland and Helen Dolores Mann of Hillsboro, Ohio..
He is survived by: his wife Lana F. Leasher of Lithia Springs, Georgia; his children, Alicia Easterly (James) of Acworth, Jennifer Croft (Rocky) of Cuyahoga Falls, Jason Leasher (Debbie) of South Salem, Melissa Cannizzo of Douglasville and Timothy Leasher of Iowa; his sister Dianna Leasher of Wilmington, Ohio; and his half-sister Dallas Matthews of Denton, Texas. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones-Wynn - Douglas Chapel (2189 Midway Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pickett's Mill Baptist Church (7147 Hiram Acworth Hwy, Dallas, GA 30157). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
