He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Elmer Goolsby and Mildred Maggaline Tripp Goolsby; and his brother James Goolsby. He is survived by: his son Chuck; his daughter-in-law Tonya Goolsby of Douglasville; his daughter Christy Goolsby; his grandchildren, Jesse Brewer, Jacob Morris and Ashley Gooch; his great grandchildren, Jacen Brewer and Elijah Morris; his sisters, Katherine Tatro of Mableton and Ann (Howard Porter); and his significant other Mary Wiley of Lithia Springs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
