She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Puckett and Ollie Ponder Puckett; her husband John "Johnny" Olin Shaw; her sons, Richard "Ricky" Olin Shaw and John "Randy" Randall Shaw; and her siblings, Lamar Puckett, Glen Puckett, Edwin Puckett, Addie Lee Cauthen, Florene Wigley, Frances Scroggins and Carolyn McMichen.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dustin Shaw and Kiel Shaw. She is also survived by four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jones-Wynn - Douglas Chapel (2189 Midway Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 3:15 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sunrise Memorial Gardens (11261 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Douglasville, GA 30134).
