He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie James and Hazel Ely James; his son Stephen James; his grandson Kaison Oliva; and his brother Timmy James.
He is survived by: his wife Adrienne Smith James; his children, Terry James Jr., Christopher James, Brittany Tzoy (Cristobal), Miranda James (Luis Oliva), Dixie Thompson (Chris) and Johnny James; his grandchild Jose Tzoy; and his siblings, Todd James, Ted James and Tammy James. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
